Unified Data Dissemination: The group wanted seamless transmission of diverse, frequently
changing real estate content—including property data, offers, and announcements—across
multiple digital screens in the expansive Alphathum campus.
Integration of Hardware & Software: Combining bespoke hardware design with robust, user
friendly digital signage software was critical. No proven precedents existed in India for integrating
custom-built totems with proprietary software through a single-point control
Aesthetic & Functional Alignment: The digital displays had to complement the world-class
design of Alphathum, stand out visually, and also withstand high footfall and environmental
challenges (indoor and outdoor settings) without sacrificing performance or brand impact.
02. Solutions by Exibu
Custom-Built Digital Totems: Exibu leveraged its in-house manufacturing and design
expertise to create India’s first large-scale deployment of bespoke digital totems within a flagship
real estate campus. Each totem featured rugged, visually striking steel and aluminum chassis,
impact-resistant screens, and weather-protected finishes—balancing durability and aesthetics
Proprietary Digital Signage Software: Exibu deployed its new software solution, allowing the
Bhutani team to push live data, images, offers, and videos to every screen on campus, instantly
and centrally. This “single-point software” became the backbone for unified campus
communication, automating updates and reducing manual effort to near-zero
Seamless Hardware-Software Integration:The totems were engineered specifically to
accommodate Exibu’s digital signage platform, enabling plug-and-play flexibility, rapid adoption,
and dependable performance. Existing infrastructure and new hardware were synchronized for
consistent brand communication, all managed from a single dashboard.
Impactful Visual Design: Each screen displayed animated, dynamic content, tailored to the
zone—property status, promotions, events, directional aids. The visual design connected
Bhutani’s luxury image with digital innovation, attracting everyone from brokers to visitors and
tenants
Interactive Features: Some totems included touch-enabled capabilities for wayfinding, quick
property inquiries, and feedback collection, adding a layer of interactivity and engagement
beyond static screens
Scalable Model: Everything was built modularly, so Bhutani can scale up, add new
messaging zones, or update technology as their portfolio grows.
