We offer a 60-day warranty on the hardware of the product. If there is a fault in the hardware of the product, we will either replace or get it repaired. However Exibu doesn’t give any warranty on the prints as they are subject to wear and tear . Exibu also reserves the right to investigate the product and determine if it is covered in our warranty policy or not.
Once we have received an approval from your side , it will take 1-2 days for processing and 4-5 working days for the delivery.
All our fabric products are printed using sublimation technology.
