Exibu does not accept the return of the delivered goods. Only if the goods have been damaged during transit, they can be replaced but they need to be reported to our team immediately.
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty, if the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email (email@example.com) outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods. Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under. If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a mis-print, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to firstname.lastname@example.org for our customer services team.
We offer a 60-day warranty on the hardware of the product. If there is a fault in the hardware of the product, we will either replace or get it repaired. However Exibu doesn’t give any warranty on the prints as they are subject to wear and tear . Exibu also reserves the right to investigate the product and determine if it is covered in our warranty policy or not.
