Our Shipping Policy is simply Delivering your product FAST and SAFE.

What are the Shipping Fees?

SHIPPING is FREE for orders above Rs.999.

If the order amount is under Rs. 999, a small shipping charge will be levied depending on the size and weight of the product.

What if I want to return the product?

Exibu does not accept the return of the delivered goods.

If your order has been damaged during transit, immediately report the damage to Exibu’s Customer Cervice for an Instant replacement.

What if the delivered product doesn’t match my order?

If the delivered product does not match your order please contact our Customer Service outlining the problem for the return of the said goods.

Please remember to include your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

If the goods have a problem relating to the quality such as a miss-print, contact our customer service with a picture as well as a description of the problem. After examining the problem, our team will rech out to fix your problem.

Do you offer any kind of Warranty?

Exibu offers a 60-day warranty on the Product Hardware.

If the product hardware doesn’t work, we will either replace or get it repaired.

Exibu doesn’t give any warranty on the prints as they are subject to wear and tear.

Exibu also reserves the right to investigate the product and determine if it is covered in our warranty policy or not.
