Please read them carefully.  By accessing or using the Services, you intend and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.  We reserve the right to change terms set in this agreement periodically. The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Exibu, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and Exibu.

​Legal Capacity

By placing an order on the website of Exibu, you are giving consent that you are over the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parents or guardian know about our terms and conditions before registering to use this site and place an order. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 years.

​Payment Of Goods

At Exibu, we offer our customers the luxury of all payment modes including Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets etc.

Payment Cards Information

Payment Cards information is sent securely directly to Citruspay via a secure connection (SSL). The information is approved by the bank and forwarded to Citruspay. Citruspay will deduct the amount from the credit card or any other mode of payment as used by the customer on behalf of Exibu instantly.

Delivery

Exibu’s delivery time is around 5 to 7 working days starting from the day the payment is received. Unforeseen acts of nature beyond control, force majeure or problems of the delivering company may cause a delay, for which Exibu is not responsible.

Warranty & Returns 

The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that are found by normal examination of the goods shall be notified to Exibu within a reasonable time, preferably within 7 days from the time of receiving of the products.

Personal Information

To place your order, you need to provide all information as asked, which should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. The personal information you enter during a purchase are used solely for order processing and promotion purposes and will only be disclosed to third-parties directly involved in the production of your order or promotion. In addition to personal information we also log IP address, as well as any link. This information is used solely for statistical purposes and for cases involving abuse / fraud. All personal information are stored for at least 5 years after the financial year when the order is placed due to book-keeping requirements, and in order to facilitate a renewed trade and for the investigation of fraud.

In case Of Failed Ordering

When you have clicked “Confirm Order”, a valid purchase agreement between Exibu and the customer has been entered. This agreement is mutually binding and cannot be changed online. If there has been a mistake when ordering, for example entry errors, it is possible to contact us in order to change the order. This must be done immediately.

​Documentation and Guidance

If there are product and/or care descriptions and manuals for the product these must be followed. If you retrieve further information or advice from Exibu it will only be guiding.

​The Risk Of The Goods

The risk of goods purchased from Exibu is transferred to you as a consumer at time of delivery. Risk passes therefore from Exibu to the customer as soon as the customer has received the package.

​Limitation of Liability 

Under no circumstances Company’s liability shall exceed giving the user a replacement e-coupon of the same nature and of the same value. You agree to hold harmless Exibu, our employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including any attorneys’ fees.

​Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to Indian laws and any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi (India) only.
